Can't resolve account suspened problem

I can not understand why my hosting account resolved from suspend. I open x10hosting forum according to x10hosting T&C . Please help me what is the problem with me. So that i can use my website as soon as possible

According to the suspension, it's copyright infringement; I'll escalate this to a support ticket so staff can take a closer look however, as it's clear to me that you feel it's an improper suspension.
