Hello forum,
from one to day to the other I can't reach my website's index.php anymore. What might be wrong?

Hello!
Using your cPanel, go to Advanced DNS Zone Editor.
Then, replace all the references to 184.154.159.10 (mostly of Type A) with 69.175.121.66.
The changes may not be visible immediately and you may have to wait for 48 hours or more in the worst scenario.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Howdy;
Are you still experiencing difficulty?
I see "TEST" when visiting your site.

Yes, I am still experiencing difficulty. The exact error message is this:

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Yes, that's right.

I can access the file in the main directory, but not my CMS in the shop directory that I have installed for testing purposes.

You should have mentioned that earlier.
Anyways, set the permissions of shop directory to 755 and that of files inside shop directory to 644.Also, try renaming .htaccess file temporarily.

Ok, got it. Thank you. 777 was a bit too strict.

Anyway, have a nice weekend.
