can't see my site or access ftp

Hi since yesterday I'm trying to access my site via ftp or from my browser and can not acess, a can not access c-panel either.
My website is wonderblunt.x10.mx

Can you 'see' your site with a proxy such as --> http://hidemyass.com/ ?

Hm, strange...

When I copy this URL --> http://wonderblunt.x10.mx/

then at http://hidemyass.com/ - replace [ http://google.com ] with it and click on [ Hide My Ass! ] - I see your site

Which for now is one line of --> "Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL."

What do you see ?

ya ok I see it however I had provided the wrong url, what I need to see is wonderblunt.x10.mx/2013 and I can see it following your instructions.
now if only I knew what I should do to access it via FTP.

Hi So fannaly I have access, I don't know if it has to do with the things I did (reboot modem router, turn firewall off and on ...) but I can access the folder I needed via ftp and see it online
