cant see the scripts folder on my site

i cant see the folder on my site but i can see it on my ftp program and when i try to access it , it gives me a forbidden message

You don't have permission to access /mail/horde/scripts on this server.

any way to fix this error or glitch

That's not the way you should access your WebMail. You should access it by: http://monstermatt2.pcriot.com:2095/ or http://monstermatt2.pcriot.com/webmail

what the difference by /mail and /webmail there the same right??????

The mail folder is one you created. The webmail folder contains a working horde.

If you still want to use your copy, check the permissions and make sure nothing is above 777. Everything should be 755.
