Can't Seem to Get co.cc name working

I have went through a number of pages in search, but am getting no where. I registered the domain silverlite.co.cc 4 days ago, and set up the parked domain in my cPanel. I says it needs anywhere from 24-78 hours to up date dns servers and what not, but its been 4 days, and nothing happens when trying to access the domain. I have the name servers set at

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

and the domains is in the cpanel. So why isn't it working. It's going to the FireFox Page Load Error, Address not found.
