cant send file via ftp

ever sence july 10, your sever stopped taking my file via ftp. it is a sony camera, set to send a small photo. it has been working. but ever sence july 10, it cant send to your sever. Thanks.

Hello,

There seems to be an issue at the moment with connecting to FTP with explicit SSL/TLS. Try using unsecured/normal FTP until this issue is resolved.
