Can't send mail from thunderbird or webmail

When I try to send mail from thunderbird it errors out saying it can't connect to crmusic.info

When I try to send from web mail I get this error

There was an error sending your message: Failed to send data [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 503, response: All RCPT commands were rejected with this error: Sender verify failed Valid RCPT command must precede DATA)]

I have tried a lot of things on my end... for over a day now so I thought I might see if it was on the server end which it appears to be.

Try clicking the "always accept" button under MX entries on your cpanel, Ive seen this problem for a few people and this has solved it for them.

still not working at the moment... i am using support@crmusic.info
I can receive mail with the account I just can't send any mail.

Sorry about this guys, I still can't send any mail at the moment. Its not a emergency just thought I would check back with you guys to see if its a isolated problem or if its just my account. Thanks again

Its telling you the sender failed, is there any chance that the sending domain you're putting in is not @crmusic.info ?

Is it possible that thunderbird can do you a debug output of the mail sending eg showing the actual data sent? eg

mail from: me@myhost.com
rcpt to: someone@theirhost.com
data
Subject: this is a test
blah

.
quit

You should have a test mail from me. I sent it from my PC using telnet, so you will probably see a huge bunch of errors in my typing, I always type worst when backspace doesnt work for some reason.

OK, You did set the accept to yes, but not for crmusic.info, but for blog.crmusic.info when I tried my test, it accepted mail from support@crmusic.info without issue.

I did receive the test mail and all that makes sense but the error I am getting is from my cpanel webmail using horde when sending mail not receiving it. In thunderbird it just simple says it can't connect. The settings appear to be correct for thunderbird but that has no effect on webmail in cpanel anyways. I can receive mail with no problems, but I get the same error everytime I try to send mail.
