cant set up email for outlook

i cant set up email for smtp. my domain is alisami.co.cc and i use mail.alisami.co.cc for both pop and smtp. i use gmail on outlook. i can sen email via webmail. does your smtp and pop works pls help me

They should be up. You should look and see which ports you have them in. I think you are supposed to use the default ports for it to work.
