please some one tell me how can I install XtraUpload on this nice hosting

If this is the script you're trying to install (http://www.xtrafile.com/General/XtraUpload_1.5.0.php) don't bother. Allowing other people to upload content to your site is against the TOS you agreed to when you signed up.

If you need to upload content to your account, use FTP.
