Can't sgn in to cPanel

Greetings,
I looked for this in the wiki and FAQ, but didn't see anything. If it's there, please provide a link and I'll go there. Otherwise, here is my situation: I tried getting into cPanel from www.x10hosting.com and it said my password was no good. When I entered my email for password reset directions, it said my email address was not in the system. When I go to the System Alerts forum and choose the link for Manage my Account, I get the 404 message. Thanks for your support.

Hello,

Just to confirm, I think you're trying to access the Account Panel (https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php) not cPanel?
If so, you should be using an email address for username. Let me know what you put in, and I'll tell you if it's correct.
