Can't Sign Up for Premium - Phone Verification Fails

I tried to sign up to your premium hosting yesterday and everything went smoothly until the phone verification,
the phone number was entered correctly and I even got the verification call (which was crystal clear),
but after I submit the 4-digit pin, the page just outputs: An error occurred attempting to process your request.

I went through the entire signup process about 5-6 times now using different email addresses and payment types with the same result every time.

I would love to start pouring money at you, just fix the signup system so I can!

This isn't the best area; send an email to support[@]x10premium.com with as many details as you can including some of the signup info (receipt info if it gave you any, the account name, something so they know which pending account is actually yours) - this ticket system's for free hosting and very few of us actually have access to paid, but the above email will contact the correct folks

This error does pop up every once in a while, not sure why though.
