can't sign up - says I'm using a proxy

I have been trying to create a website and came upon this site as a good free hosting service that also offers domain names. So I selected a web address and entered my email address, pressed sign up and it said validating then came up saying it has detected I am using a proxy. I'm pretty sure i'm not using a proxy, just my standard home network kind of thing. Could someone please point me in the right direction to solving this problem?

Hi hejeune, can you please confirm for me what your current IP address is? I've searched our logs for the IP that our forum is seeing, but I am not able to find it. (The IP it sees is similar to 121.x.x.74.)

Hi Bryon, thanks for your time, I'm really sorry and should have tried this straight away but it seems to be a browser problem as it didn't work with safari, but does with chrome.
