can't signup

i heard many things about x10hosting, and i want to move my website here, from hyperphp.com due to very high lag over there. but there is a small problem when i click on "signup", a message appears:

We're sorry, but we currently block requests from your country for various reasons. Please post on our forums for support.

is there anyway i can signup, even though... i am from a "blocked" country? :-S

Yes, what language will the site be in, and whats it going to be used for?

well, the language is going to be english, and the site is just going to be a personal website
