Can't Submit Suspension Appeal

When I try to submit a suspension appeal I get this error

KY ID 1531 CREATE HTTP error: 400

I would like to get my website up and running as soon as possible so I'm submitting my appeal here too:

I noticed that you suspended my hosting account due to the site FreeGamesOnSteam.com where hosted on the account. The website might seem like a warez site but it's the opposite, it's again warez. It's promoting a site called SteamGifts.com were the users give away free Steam gifts to each other. I don't see that the website doesn't break any of your rules and I hope it will be back up and running soon. If there is something else you want me to clearify about the website I will be happy to help you, so I can get my website up and running soon.

I'm sorry if the appeal is a little short but this is the third time I'm rewriting due to that the form doesn't work.
