Can't swap forum account link because my username is less than 5 characters

I would like to attach the forum account "Alec" this account.

Unfortunately, "Alec" is four characters, while the swap form (https://x10hosting.com/control/?account&vb&swap) asks for "5-25 characters", and as a result, if I try to set this account, it says, "Invalid forum username supplied."

Could you please set my forum account to "Alec" and remove "alecm_8813"?
