So, i opened up a ticket, but after looking through the forums and everything, well, i guess this may be a better solution. Ofcourse i do consider myself a patient person and its been about 20 hours since i sent in my ticket. anyway, after looking at the terms of service and all the other rules for hosting, i still cant really tell if my site would be allowed to be hosted on here. So here is a copy and paste of what i sent.

What i would like to use this hosting service for is for 2 things, For my Fansubbing team as well as my own Manga and Doujins as i am an aspiring Manga-ka. Also, as far as the fansubbing portion of my website is concerned, my team isnt fansubbing actual mainstream anime or anything, to be more accurate, we are fansubbing Doujinishi which is fan made material. This site i plan to build would more or less be a blogging site. Any actual big files wont be hosted on here and instead hosted on another server which i plan to link to. www.savefile.com is where the link would take my visitors.

so ya, I do not believe i am breaking any rules, and i believe anything goes as long as you have someone's permission. i mean, if Kodokawa gave me permission to upload full episodes of Suzumiya Haruhi, that would be ok right? (just using that as an example).
