cant un-suspend account, dont know why im suspended either...

Ive been trying all week to un-suspend my account. Ive been pressing the un-suspend button up top my portal but just leaves me hanging. I havnt had this problem before and ive been hosting with x10 for a long time.

It says im suspended because i havnt logged in or accessed the forums... But i have been... So why did my account get suspended guys?

. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting portal once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required.

But heres the thing, i log into my portal more than once a month (its my homepage) and i still got suspended... ill see if it happens again..
