Can't uninstall drupal(installed with fantastico)

I installed drupal with fatastico, it worked fine, but now i wanted to uninstall it.
Because it didn't work with fatastico; i just deleted all files in my public html. Ok. but i can't delete some files in my public html. Every time i delete them they come back. Or my ftp says: can't delete this file. Can someone help me or can an admin reset my public html. Thanks!

Check you have w permissions on the files

I checked already a thousend times and it have nothing to do with permissions.
Can please somewone help me

I removed the items in your public_html folder.
