Can't unsuspend account

An email from you says my account is suspended and i can unsuspend it myself, but I see no link to make that happen and my login continues to say I'm putting in the wrong password even though I'm using the same password from the beginning of my account.
Your email also says I have to login at least once a month, but I have logged in much more often than that including a week ago when I received from you a suspension notice. I was able to login anyway once I received that notice.

Are you logging in at http://x10hosting.com/control with your forum account details?

You are required to login to the forums at least once a month and try to stay a few minutes to ensure your visit is recorded. Logins to cPanel and Account Panel do not count.

I attempted a login at the same place with the id and password that worked last week.
I really appreciate you all providing a free account, but free and unreliable can be very expensive. I need a 100% reliable account for my business, a few bucks a month for that is a bargain.
PLEASE DELETE MY ACCOUNT, YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM ME AGAIN.
