Can't Unsuspend Account

My account got suspended by inactivity, maybe just before the upgrade? I cant get it unsuspended

I can login to the account panel, there it says that my hosting is suspended and that there is an unsuspension request pending. I can't log into cpanel or my site, alcarinque.elementfx.com

Hello,

Your website is loading fine for me, please clear your cache and flush your dns and try again. As for cPanel please try reset your password and see if that fixes it.

Ignore the suspended message, it's because our backend isnt updated.
