Can't unsuspend my account

Hello,
I've created a website with some friends some time ago, in february, and we posted texts we've written. Two months ago, I've had a accident that kept me out of my house until a few days ago and I wasn't able to log in. I've read how to unsuspend oneself, but once I log in, I don't see the navbar allowing to do so. What can I do ?

I do not see a Free Hosting account linked to this Forum account.

If the Free Hosting account had remained suspended for 14 days, it would have been deleted and all files and databases removed. No backups.
