Can't unsuspend site

The site status says unsuspended, but when trying to view the site I get the normal suspended info.
Under suspensions there isn't anything I can click on.

I checked. You are not currently suspended. However, you are on the Fris server and staff is still troubleshooting that server which might have something to do with your current issues.
