Hi, I'm not able to unsuspend my account -- when I try, I get this:

How does he sign up for a new account if the system thinks he has one allready?

Being suspended and not having any files isn't the same as having no account at all.

You could either:

1. Terminate the old account. If he has his own domain or add on domains, etc, you might have to flush them out of your system. I have noticed problems with domains getting stuck in your system and people not being able to add them back.
2. Unsuspend the old account and have him start with 0 files.

Either way, just telling him to open a new account probably won't work.

Please let the user to try to create an account. His/her account technically doesn't exist which is why it can't be unsuspended.
If a problem does arise, we will take care of it.

OK, I tried to do sign up again, but it says that my user name is already in use. Getting a different user name may not hep if my email address still tied to the original account too.

It seems to make more sense to find a way to un-suspend my current account. Would it be possible to just give me a default or blank web page for now and un-suspend it?

Accounts like yours are currently being deleted. These accounts have no data and are simply causing headaches for everyone.
I would try signing up again tomorrow. They should all be deleted by then.

OK, now I get this:

Unfortunately we do not allow users to have more than one hosting account at a time. You can manage your current hosting account through our account panel.

Do I have to get rid of my bkuser account somehow too - if so, I'm wondering if I can get back to this thread to tell you if it worked...

Anyway, please advise... I'd rather not get all new user account names, logins, etc...

Go to https://x10hosting.com/control and login with forums username and password. then Click on Hosting on TOP navigation.

* You have never had a hosting account.


Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now.
