cant update or edit files in filemanager

uploading creates a blank doc even though there is code in doc
editing the doc fails and sends

if i try to extract a zip file i get this

you may be over quota

did you look at how much unuse disk space your account has ??

it says i am but when i acess file manager nothing is that big
found it somehow i had an extra copy of the home folder on the root
but it had been there for a while why all of a sudden did it start causing issues

in [ cPanel x3 ] theme's home page (not x10hosting Basic) - look down left side for [ Disk Space Usage ] - you might need to open ( click on ) [ Stats ]

by clicking the "Switch Theme" button at the top on the screen (after you Sign-in at [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ]) - you can choose between [ x10Hosting Basic ] and [ cPanel x3 ] themes
