Cant upgrade account and cant park my domian

Hello, i have two problem. One is i cant park my .eu.org domian ( error log:

are you trying to access your account with a IP that has "Italy" as the country code ?

This might be one of the chicken/egg problems where

eu.org will not let you set the nameservers to x10hosting until they contain your domain

and

x10hositng will not add your domain to their nameservers until eu.org sets the nameservers to x10hosting.

the OP's domain is set with BOTH sets of nameservers

i think Someone of the staff need park the domain manually on my cPanel account, becouse :

eu.org will not let you set the nameservers to x10hosting until they contain your domain

there is no DNS-[A] record for domain [ edoardocolombo.eu.org ] - which would be set by cPanel after it is set as 'Parked'
