Cant upload anything on File manager

Im trying to upload a file using the file manager even on legacy manager and I always have this error:
file.zip: unknown Bytes complete FAILED! :Unknown error or disk quota exceeded.

I havent even used 2mb of disk space?!

theres another problem though. when im trying to view the site(thezone.x10.mx), all i can see is the directory listing / index of files and all the files have 0kb.
