It doesn't work. First i have to wait very long, after that it says it can't load the page. It's not above the limit of 50 MB.

Even if the sql file is not above the size limit, the time taken to upload it may be longer than the allowed execution time and the server is dropping your connection before the upload and import is complete. I recommend you try splitting the single SQL file into multiple smaller files that will take less time to upload.
