Can't upload

I try to upload forum software to my domain, but I can't. After I upload the software without anything going wrong with filezilla, I can't install it (www.tlbs.x10hosting.com/install is the install URL) But I get a 404 error on it. I deleted the files from the server, that didn't work.

Can you verify the files were uploaded to the correct directory?
