Can't use CouldFlare

Hey!
I´m trying to add CouldFlare to my website, but I can´t...
In Cpanel, I clicked in CouldFlare Service, and where it says Sign up for CloudFlare now, I can´t add my email, and if I click on Signup Now!, it does nothing.
Can anyone tell me what should I do?

I just recently signed up myself but cannot find the cloudflare feature anywhere in the CPanel, I have already added my domain as an addon domain but no luck. Where within the CPanel do you find this feature?
