Can't use/create Mysql database

Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed databases.

It keep saying this despite the fact that I have 0/0 in database . The free hosting does advertise that it support mysql but do you guy have to activate it in order to use it or not ?
Btw, what is that information_schema thing in phpmyadmin, why can't I delete it ?Llook like a waste of space there .

`information_schema` is a global database uses by MySQL.

You are on the static package which has no MySQL databases, you need to upgrade to Advanced or Corporate or downgrade to Ad-Free to get databases.

Go to http://x10hosting.com/login, login with your forum username and password, and on the left you should beable to upgrade to advanced.
