Can't Use MySQL

My MySQL database's aren't working,
I have added
int.fris.x10hosting.com
69.175.6.94
I have added them to my remote SQL. But its still not working.
I dont understand why.
I am trying to setup MyBB forums and I have double checked my account information etc.
Im putting "localhost" as the host of the mySQL database but its still not working.
Please could you help me

It appears that you haven't installed or configured your myBB page yet.

Error Type: MyBB Error (40)
Error Message: Your board has not yet been installed and configured. Please do so before attempting to browse it.
Information: This occurs when the file ./inc/config.php is incorrectly configured. If you have not already installed your forum, you need to go to ./install/index.php and run through the installation process, including entering your database details. If you have already installed your forum, and you have data in your database, then you will need to open ./inc/config.php, use this sample Inc/config.php text, and edit in your database information.

When I visit your site. It is giving the error

Your board has not yet been installed and configured. Please do so before attempting to browse it.

Is it working previously. Did you tried to reinstall it?

You can try to drop the database user and re create it with new password then change the information in config file.
