cant validate or login in account

I recieved the signup confirmation mail from x10 but the link provided doesnt seem to work....
what should i do???
the below is the mail i recieved

What was the subdomain you signed up for? {yoursubdomain}.x10hosting.com

Maybe you had already validated/activated. Try browsing to the domain you signed up for/with.

i had signed up for india.x10hosting.com
but it is not available
please help..
if possible please reset the account .

PM Corey with your bypass code; most likely he will have to manually create your account (if the bypass code that was generated proves to be erroneous)
