Cant view log files

I am unable to view latest visitors/raw access logs via cpanel.

Can we have more details? What happens when you try? Is the section just not there? Is an error given? Does the page just not load?

Also, what server are you on?

Im on Chopin.

It says on latest visitors: There are no domains which have last visitors stats to display.

and on Raw Access logs when I view them they are empty.

Hi x32admin,

The latest visitors feature on cPanel not functioning is a known error. It appears to only work when monitoring visitors on subdomains.

However, the raw access logs should be working fine. Could you try visiting your own website first like a regular visitor would, then try redownloading and reviewing your raw access logs?

I will try to view my own raw access logs as I am on chopin as well. I will post back with the result ASAP.

I was able to retrieve the logs, check opening archived logs.
