Think i am ip blocked again, Cause today i couldn't see my site or cpan all day, only through proxy plz fix. Thx

Post your IP address, and let an admin look into it.. Also, has this happened in the past? if so, your IP is probably a dynamic one.

Ok, I can understand that. However, is your IP dynamic? Meaning that it changes every time you connect to the internet?
