captcha error

Hi, i can't use captcha in my account...
there is a particular php function for this??
werever i requested advanced php configuration on account never.

Is it returning a error?
If so, please post it. You may need to access the file that generates the captcha image directly through your web browser.

also other captcha doesn' t work and image doesn't appears.
