Hello.

I had two firewall blocks due to using the configuration listed from direct admin.

I would now like to said it up as the admin said to let you know.

I need as in-depth information about setting up my emails as possible when it comes to using them with apps like windows 10 mail.

I need the following info:

• Is email address (set name)@yourdomain.com?
• Username?
• Account Name?
• Send Messages Using This Name (Is it optional or critical to connect)?
• Use POP3 or IMAP4?
• Outgoing SMPT Server And Port?
• Incoming Server And Port?
• Do Outgoing Servers Require Authentication?
• --- And if so do they use the same username and password?
• Do I use SSL for outgoing?
• Do I use SSL for incoming?

Your server is x11. So if you use SSL, use x11.x10hosting.com and not x##.x10hosting.com as written in the link.
