It looks really good but the only thing I would try is possibly smooth out the text that says Carnage. Something else that might look good is to copy the image of the text and than motion blur it and blend it into the first text layer...

well there few things i can say about it bg looks plain , stock looks like venom not carnage, txt dosnt fit at all, all same colour

I think it is Venom. But w.e. Venom is cooler, with all the muscle and stuff.
