The pages are identical coding and all except for the page name. The Kasino version will link back to the other pages, but the Casino version sends the visitor to a 404 page.

example links:

Kasino.php
Code:
http://risendead.x10hosting.com/risendead/rooms/kasino.php

Casino.php
Code:
http://risendead.x10hosting.com/risendead/rooms/casino.php

Anyone know why this is, or if it's something that can be fixed?

I tried to put a direct link code but both pages sent you to 404 page as well so I made it so you can copy and paste the links in your browser.

I tried visiting both pages, and it appears as if both links take you to the same page. Maybe it's just an issue on you computer with the cache - try clearing your temporary internet files and refresh both pages.

That's the point both pages are identical, but when you click the menu to the left to go somewhere else the Casino version gives a 404 error but if you go to the kasino version it links correctly to other pages within the site.

The only thing that changed was the name of the file. :dunno:

(Check the url of the page not the page itself to see that it's a different file.) ;)

-edit- and a 403 error...

Unsure how to do that. Can you tell me how? Sorry I'm still new to webdesign. :happysad:

Your .htaccess file can be found by going into your File Manager while enabling the "Show Hidden Files (dotfiles)" option. I think there might be something in there that may be causing some page access restrictions.

Is there a .htaccess in your public_html/risendead/rooms/ folder?

Have you tried deleting casino.php and renaming kasino.php to casino.php?

Yes, I even tried taking other pages from the site and renaming them casino.php and the same error pops up.

Thanks for trying to help. It's a minor problem since I just changed the c to a k and that allowed my site to work properly. Still would be nice though if it would work normally under the correct spelling.

This is really puzzling me, because when I click on a link with casino.php as the referrer, I get the error page, but when I go to the address bar and press Enter, the proper page appears with no alterations of the URL that was in the address bar. You might want to submit a support ticket so official staff can help you. Their Support Center can be found at http://support.x10hosting.com/.
