centering a banner

how do I center my logo on PHPBB2?

oh well i dunno about if it works on php use a program such as dreamweaver and hit center <center> </center> is the regular html but i dont know.

i centered the banner, but I cant get the menu buttons under the banner

if the links are bigger then your banner then make them go to the next row.

<br>
b4 the links
