centering websites

I know ive made two posts after each other, but... Meh, lol.

I was just wondering, is there any way that I can center a website Vertically and Horizontally?

In html vertical alignment is called with valign=bottom,middle,top. But i think this only works for tables.

aligning everything in the middle can easily be done by using <center>site here.</center>

yeah i know that i can use valign in table....
aaand i knew that way to center horizontally too, lol...

I want some of my websites to be centered verticallty and horizontally whatever the viewers resolution
