Hi, nope, no personal information is required.
The way they make money is that for every bet you put, you can choose to watch advertisement (This increase the returns (25% to 100% increase) of winning bets but applies to members with balance of $3 and below)

Also, when you want to bet more > $0.90, you will need to watch the advertisement before you can place the bet, otherwise the limit is $0.90.

However, you are not being forced to watch the ads at all just that watching the ads will allow you to win more.
