Hello,

When I open my email application I get pop-ups with error -> Certificate to mail webhulp.x10.bz is not valid for that server. Someone could be trying to impersonate the server and you should not continue. <-
Before that error I got pop-ups -> Certificate mail for mail.webhulp.x10.bz expired on 10/1/2026 <-
Can you please fix this or at least let me know a solution for this problem so my email will work again.

You need to manage/install ssl from hosting control panel

Account manager > SSL Certificates > get automatic certificate from ACME provider.

The other pop-up message about what you said earlier pops up and gone fast ... no time to read it.

The full error for the "Could not execute your request" is highly important to determine what the issue is.

Alternatively, for mail settings, you could change the incoming and outgoing server address to the server address "x12.x10hosting.com"

After a few days the problem seems to be solved. Or it was just a temporary error or you fixed it because I could not do anything.
