CGI-BIN Not Working

After the difficulties experienced by my website recently, I found out that my cgi-bin has stopped working. I thought it would be temporary. But until now it gives off this error:

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/***/***.cgi on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The same error message appears for all three applications I have in the cgi-bin.

Could you help me with this? Thanks in advance.

All cgi-bin directories have bee disabled recently by the admins and there should be a notice explaining why sometime soon.

Still no update on CGI-BIN not working?

I would proceed on the assumption that cgi-bin (ie Perl and Python) will not be enabled any time in the near future.
