Hi,

I built a site x10hosting for a friend of mine a couple of years ago with a cgiemail form on the site, he recently asked me if I could change the email address the form data is sent to. I changed the .txt file and went to test but got an error 500. Cpanel used to have a 'CGI' icon which I had followed when I first set it up but that seems to have disappeared, is there no longer CGI script support on x10?

Thanks if you can give me any info.

CGI scripting works fine. Check the many threads on server errors and CGI scripts for common problems, including permissions. See if there's anything interesting in the error log. Try the script on your own server. Create a minimal test case. If you can't figure out the source of the error, post the minimal test case here, along with a short description of what it's supposed to do (besides sending an e-mail). You've already described what happens, so no need to repeat that in this thread.

I changed the .txt file
What .txt file? We don't know the internals of your script.
