You might find the installer stops at "requier Image::ImageMagik"

That was the first module I saw that is not on the server.

Imagemagik is not necessary, you can choose that other thing, GDLibrary or something, or it rather picks that one if you dont have ImageMagik installed
ImageMagik is preferred, but not many have that installed

I just have another problem with the connection to my database at the moment.
It is always something.... *sigh*

After two days of copying/uploading/replacing/installing and whatnots, I finally got the stuff to work.
I thank you for all your help on this, and the speed on your responses are fast.

I have been on your side of the table myself, but not on server issues.
I was a staff member at Runboard, and we took pride in fast responses to
the members.
I do own my own domain which I have just moved from one host to another, but if I am happy here, I will consider moving everything here on a paid account to have more 'goodies'

Anywho, my forum software is now running smoothly, except I cant figure out how to replace old posts and content from my backupfiles into the mySql database here

Here is the link to my forum, but you will only be able to see a few forums unless you register. If you register, you dont have to post anything, but you can the take a stroll around to take a look.I still have lots of stuff to replace to have it exactly like the old one, but hey, I love doing this
This software, IkonForum, is completely php/css based and is as far as I know, the best software today which you can upload and run yourself
