CGI scripts

I have had perl scripts working from various sub-directories on my site for years. Like http://tabordl.pcriot.com/pond/bin/show_pic.cgi?water-20030617 I made no changes and they have stopped working. What gives? I admit that it's been a while since I last looked at my own pages.

From what I gather Perl and Python scripts are only supported on Premium hosting. See https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/403-error.205100/#post-967750
