hello, when I access my website from the parent domain appears this page mydomain.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi, however if I put index.php on the parent domain or go into some other web page like mydomain.com/someting works correctly.

What can be the solution?

Try clearing your browser's cache and history - close browser - reopen browser - then check the site again

The "Default Page" has a bad habit of getting stuck in your browser's and/or ISP's cache
