Change Domain.Com hosting

I got this back from Globat but did not know how to change this. It is a bit beyond me.

I checked your domain 'savefraserislanddingoes.x10.mx' and noticed that it is pointing to the nameservers ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. If you wish to host the domain with us, please contact the hosting service provider of your domain and ask them to update the nameservers of the domain to our nameservers. Our nameservers are ns1.globat.com and ns2.globat.com.

Can you give me some advice on how to do it?

If it is impossible can I transfer the .com and hosting to you guys?

Is that a premium account domain?

And what does Globat have to do with it?

Ok. www.savefraserislanddingoes.com is hosted on Globat as a frameset with the content on the x10.mx site.

So, I guess you want to move the savefraserislanddingoes.com domain name to your x10 account?
