change domain name

I'm sorry I did check the knowledge base but couldn't figure out how to change my domain name.
I have a domain virtualhealy.com which I would like to use instead of the free jeanhealy@x10hosting one.
When I go into my account panel, I cant see anything to instigate this process - the only reference I can see regarding domain is a use subdomain box which is ticked

Park ur new domain name in ur free hosting xacc in X10.Use cpanel to do this
U have to use nameservers when u park ur domain name
Nameservers
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
