You would add the co.cc domain as a parked domain in your cPanel

And don't forget to set the nameservers to:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

I've just redirected a co.cc domain myself. It's really easy.

You don't need to add co.cc as an addon domain.

Log in to your CO.CC account. Click on the domain you want to redirect. Click on Name Server and add:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Have you filled in the Url Forwarding info. Put in mysite.x10hosting.com - no www. In Frame you want to choose url hiding.

It may take up to 48 hours for any changes to take effect in your user account, although it can be as short as 30mins

I actually don't recommend the redirection feature because Co.CC advertises their site in the title of your website, so you always see "Powered by Co.CC" in the title bar.

It's better off to either change your main domain at this page:

http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?modifyaccount

Or park your domain using the Parked Domains feature in cPanel.
